  2. Email Subject: Please include "Account Data Removal Request" in the subject line of your email.
  3. Account Information: In the body of your email, provide the following details to help us locate your account:
    • Registered Phone number
    • Any other information that may assist in identifying your account

What Happens Next?

  1. Verification: Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity and account details to ensure the security of your data.
  2. Confirmation: Once verified, we will confirm receipt of your request and begin the data removal process.
  3. Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete your data removal request. We will notify you via SMS message once your data has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes

  • Data Deletion: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • Legal Obligations: In some cases, we may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. We will inform you if this applies to your request.
  • Third-Party Services: If your account data is shared with third-party services through our platform, we will notify these parties of your deletion request. However, we are not responsible for ensuring their compliance with data removal.
